The Co-Chairmen of the Private Investor-Creditor Steering Committee for Greece, Mr. Charles Dallara, Managing Director of the Institute of International Finance and Mr. Jean Lemierre, Senior Advisor to the Chairman, BNP Paribas, stated that progress has been made in recent days in discussions on a voluntary Greek debt exchange. They noted that it is essential that a voluntary agreement be concluded in the days ahead on the basis of the terms and parameters agreed in Brussels on October 26/27, 2011.
