President Trump’s top priority remains Making America Safe Again and protecting the American people. The President has approved a new strategy for South Asia to ensure that terrorists will never again use Afghanistan as a haven to attack the United States.

The President and First Family, along with members of the President’s Cabinet, watched the Great American Solar Eclipse from the Truman Balcony at the White House. The Vice President also hosted students at the Naval Observatory.

POTUS AND VP TODAY

Today, President Trump will travel to Arizona for a tour of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Border equipment and a meet and greet with Marines.

COMING UP THIS MONTH

Tomorrow, the President will address the National Convention of the American Legion in Nevada. The Vice President will be in Miami to meet with members of the Venezuelan exile community, recent Venezuelan migrants, other local leaders and officials about the continuing devastation and unrest in Venezuela.
